Welcome, all, back to my blog. As was established in my last post, a vast majority of my time this past week has been devoted to marching band, and this upcoming week, I will be at marching band practice all day. This unfortunately means that there is no chance of a new piece this week. I'm still composing, though, and have a few things planned and in progress.
With that, there's not a whole lot to talk about today, so I'm just going to jump straight to the listening recommendations. On the louder side of things, a link to Paul Dukas' "Fanfare from La Peri" can be found at the bottom of this post. Joining it is Harry Gregson-Williams' respectful and solemn source music "Burning the Past" from Kingdom of Heaven.
