Welcome, all, back to my blog. I'm back from marching band practice! This means I have time to compose again. I also have several ideas for new standalone works, not to mention the "Airborn" material. There may or may not be an upload next Thursday, I don't know. Only time will tell if something will be finished by then.
While I don't have new music for you right now, I can still provide the usual listening recommendations. This time they're both on the epic side, and I'll be doing two calmer recommendations next week. Attached is a link to Nathan Stornetta's gargantuan action tour-de-force "Morituri te Salutant" from the French stage production Puy du Fou: Le Signe du Triomphe. Joining it is a link to the propulsive "Flynn Lives" from Tron Legacy, composed by Daft Punk, of all people!
That's all for today. Stay tuned for the next post, coming July 31 if all goes to plan!
